THE DAZZLERS' self-titled debut album is a wild medley of garage punk, desperate rockabilly rhythms and here and there sounds like the French answer to the Cramps. What's impressive is that the fourteen tracks come from a time when the psychobilly scene outside the UK was still in its infancy. The album was eventually re-released in 1989 on Rockhouse spin-off label KiX4U Records as "Get Away Of My Brain" with the same tracklist but different cover art. The takes Get Away Of My Brain and Ride On were also selected for the Psycho Attack Over Europe compilation. Other highlights include Gun In Head, Bear Cat and Cat Man.
